1.      There are many ethical issues about which people hold very strong opinions- abortion, gun control, & to death penalty, to name a few. If you were a team member on a project with someone whom you know held an opinion different from yours on one of these issues, would it affect your ability to work effectively with this person? Why or why not?

Answer:

            No, it wouldn't affect my ability to work with someone. That was his own opinion. Each of us has the right thing to express our opinion. Each of us has the right thing to express our opinion and weather it was good or bad, we just listen them because just like us we have our opinion too in ethical issues & other issues regarding this. Let’s just be fair to anybody in order less of danger.

2.     2.  Identify 2 important life experiences that helped you define your own personal code of ethics.

Answer:

      As a student, I have my own personal code of ethics. My code of ethics define of what kind of person I am to be. My experience of being the eldest in the family is to do well, so that my siblings was doing so good well. Second, is to focus my studying so that I would finish. It would help me become a better and good person as a student in order someday, my parents would become proud of me.

3.    3.   Do you think that the importance of ethical behavior in business is increasing or decreasing?

Answer:

            The importance of the ethical behavior is increasing, because the employee can do contented and nothing to do unethical things that is not right. They shows the important to apply the ethical behavior in business.

Yes, the organization was be able to escape the criminal liability that acts of the employee, it’s up to them if they will escape from it and I believe they will be honest.

Yes, it is possible those people who are successful today in their career, they act unethically but not at all. From now on, some employee was wise thinker and nothing to act as ethical, some are they cheat and stealing.

Yes, it would help to our country if the software piracy will be tolerated. It was unethical but it will help to our country. Even though that was not allowed, we can make a better way to the software piracy.

7.   7.    Answer:

I think so. From now on, we cannot say that it was the waste of time because there are some few people really don’t need that ethics training, because they are professional. You can call a professional if you act ethically. You have an initiative where you act that ethical behaviour even without the ethics training.
